March 4th "Initial This" Plate Class 6:30pm
Join the Summer Kitchen girls as we personalize your own plate and decorate it for your home. Refreshments will be served. Class is $20.

March 11th Grow a Salsa Garden 6:30pm

Catherine is back to help you grown your own Salsa Garden from seed. Pick out your own organic seeds to customize your salsa garden you your tastes! Enjoy salsa and chips as we talk about the different herbs in your salsa. Class is $10. RSVP 419-638-4205

Join faux finishing designer Jill Otermat as she helps us tackle painting picture frames. We will be discussing how you can apply your technique to the furniture in your home as well! Class is $25. RSVP at 419-638-4205. Class size is limited.

February 4th For the Love of Chocolate
Join us at 6:30pm, as Catherine helps us make some chocolate lip balm to take home to protect those lips from winter! We will also be sipping on hot chocolate infused with Bay Laurel (2009 Herb of the Year) and eating some chocolate dipped lavender cookies!

A Valentine Progressive Tea Party
Start at The Summer Kitchen for tea, sandwiches and treats as you sit and get pampered this Valentine's Day. Drive over to Beeker's in Pemberville to finish your tea party for more special treatment. Each guest will receive a parting gift from each store. Tickets are on sale now for $10. RSVP please!


February 18th Everything's Rosy

Time to learn all about Rosemary! Everyone is familiar with this herb...but what can you do with it?? Lots! First we will concentrate on Cleaning with Rosemary. You will be making a wood cleaner and air freshener - all from Rosemary - but wait! We will learn how to make an easy Rosemary infused apple butter, as well as some delicious Rosemary infused Dark chocolate truffles! The Class is $15. Please RSVP

Have a Heart For Heartbeat Winter Tea
Join us for a proper four-course tea party for the special tea that benefits Heartbeat Pregnancy Center in Fremont.
Tickets are a suggested donation of $15 or more, and are on sale now. Reservations are needed for this tea.

October 4th Progressive Tea
With Calico Sage & Thyme in Bowling Green and Beeker's General Store in Pemberville:

Start at Calico Sage & Thyme in Bowling Green. There you will sample foods, cider, and tea that is featured in the store. View artist Lonnie Rosenberg as she creates her popular pet portraits.
Travel on to Beeker's General Store in Pemberville, where you will be greeted by the sounds of dulcimers. See an artisan at work and indulge in more samples of food and teas.
Your last stop will be at The Summer Kitchen in Helena. Meet Catherine Reiter from Healthy Bakes by Catherine. While enjoying scones and tea, Catherine will be sharing how to use your teas to cook with by infusing them into your recipes.

The first reservations for the Autumn Progressive Tea Party begins at 1pm.
There is a second reservation starting at 2pm.
Each reservation starts at Calico Sage & Thyme. Approximately every hour after that, you are scheduled to be at the next store.

Advanced tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at any of the participating stores:

Join us at 6pm as Catherine helps us create our own scented herbal lotions to keep the dry skin at bay this fall! Class is $15 and reservations are required.
