Oh Honey!
June 6th @ 7pm
Join us for a delicious class all on Honey!  The Summer Kitchen Girls welcome special guest Rebecca White-Schooner of Schooner for a sweet evening you'll be buzzing about the next day!  You'll hear the benefits of raw honey and the differences in honey.  There will even be a portable observation hive to take a peek at the bees.  Lear all about the types of honey making, and how to make honey butter and herbal honey.  Rebecca will even explain how to use honey in place of sugar while cooking up some food samples like chicken with honey Rosemary marinade, roasted carrots with honey and you'll finish with some homemade ice cream with honey caramel on top!
