May 13th 6:30pm Dilly of a Day - Herb of the Year Class with Catherine
Join us Thursday, May 13th at 6:30pm for our Herb of the Year class & learn all about Dill with Catherine! Take the night off to learn about the 2010 Herb of the Year. Catherine will teach us everything we need to know about dill, from growing, harvesting and the many ways to use this herb. She will be demonstrating her fresh pickling technique with onions, cucumbers & more. And, yes....we will be tasting some of her delicious dill bread as well (we knew you'd ask!!)
*Catherine will also be bringing many of her fresh herbs to sell as well - stop in and stock up!*
